Franz Kafka, “The Trial”
I met Tomislav Đorđević in 1991, upon my joining the firm YUCO. Although the company had few employees, thanks to his leadership, it was constantly developing. The development of technology in the field of computer science was (and remains) very intense, and Tomislav Đorđević has always kept pace with it. Very frequently he was even a step ahead. As a result, employees had the opportunity for rapid and continuous professional development. His visionary capabilities have enabled Meridian Bank to emerge as one of the significant banks in Serbia’s financial market. During this expansion, we came into contact with new technologies to be applied. And Tomislav saw this on time. Further development of the staff in the fields of IT technology and banking ensued.
Of his character traits other than being a visionary, I would also mention staunchness, strictness, understanding, fairness.
I can only conclude that, thanks to Tomislav Đorđević, a lot of young professionals have matured, who will be the backbone for future development, and transfer knowledge to the generations to come.
